Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Quality Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient outreach and collaborate with the Stars team on data analysis
- Perform medication review, reconciliation, and chart reviews for Hedis measures
- Educate members on Hedis and interpret Hedis data for reconciliation and gaps
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse
- Successful completion of an accredited Nursing Program; BSN preferred
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of application
- Experience in Medicare Stars Program with emphasis on Hedis measures
- EMR experience is strongly preferred
