Regulatory Operations Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Business Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee regulatory filings for medium/high risk states for individual commercial marketplace
• Audit and ensure compliance of Qualified Health Plan documents for high-risk states
• Analyze and communicate impacts of federal and state legislation on Regulatory Operations team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Health Care, Political Science, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of business process or data analysis experience in health insurance, legal, or compliance
• 4+ years of experience in drafting and auditing filing documentation or QHP Templates
• 4+ years of knowledge of SERFF and/or HIOS systems
• Experience in commercial health insurance and/or behavioral health managed care
