Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reinsurance Business Analyst (USA Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and optimize reinsurance business processes to align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for reinsurance systems
- Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance and assist teams in resolving business and technical challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the reinsurance industry
- Hands-on experience with reinsurance systems; experience with DXC SICS is highly preferred
- Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business analysis, including process mapping and requirements gathering
- Experience with regulatory compliance in the insurance or reinsurance industry is a plus
