Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Health Broker Relationship Manager in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new lead generation strategies and participate in planning campaigns for maximum lead capture and sales
• Provide training and coaching for sales staff
• Partner with local organizations to create educational sales events for external brokers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years management and sales experience, preferably in Medicare sales
• Active Health and/or Life Insurance licenses or ability to acquire within 180 days
• Ability to complete AHIP certification or BCBST internal Pinpoint Medicare Certification within 180 days of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and understanding of corporate policies and procedures
