Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
To support the HR Data Analytics team in delivering a next-generation HR Data Warehouse on Azure, the contract Release Train Engineer will manage Agile execution and delivery for a cross-functional team, facilitating ceremonies and coordinating workstreams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Agile Release Train for HR Data Warehouse delivery and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Lead cross-team coordination, Scrum of Scrums, and PI planning while managing backlog readiness with Product Owners
- Track and report delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement of Agile practices and team performance
Required qualifications
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification
- PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with data pipeline development and delivery in Azure using Oracle HCM data
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence without authority across technical and business teams
