Job Summary
A non-profit financial institution has an open position for a Remote 2021 CPO National Operations Remote Intern.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance the CPO’s ability to cultivate and nurture cash industry partner relationships
- Determine what is required for the CPO to have a robust CRM
- Research what is available internally through FedCRM and externally with off-the-shelf CRM software
Position Requirements Include:
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Residency
- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program
- Ability to work 40 hours week throughout the duration of the approximately 10-week internship program
- Strong relationship building skills
