- Managing 5-8 staff members
- Ensuring client and participant satisfaction through the loan and distribution process
- Developing reports for senior management
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant industry experience processing or reviewing 401(k) loans/distributions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
