Job Summary
A university is seeking a Remote Academic Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Systematically contact newly enrolled students to establish rapport
- Providing guidance with enrollment related issues (pre-requisites, holds, status, etc)
- Discussing basic career advising and goal setting (i.e., career paths, appropriate majors, etc)
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in admissions, counseling, student services or customer service-related field
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
