A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Academic Journal Growth Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Recruit, coach, and performance manage the team
- Take on a personal sales target, leading from the front
- Grow and retain the existing customer base
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Success managing and developing B2B and enterprise sales teams
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, advertising, or 2-sided marketplaces
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to grow revenues from $10MM to $30MM+
