Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Academic Journal Growth Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruit, coach, and performance manage the team
  • Take on a personal sales target, leading from the front
  • Grow and retain the existing customer base

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Success managing and developing B2B and enterprise sales teams
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, advertising, or 2-sided marketplaces
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to grow revenues from $10MM to $30MM+
