Job Summary
A provider of hospice, palliative care, and counseling needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Access Specialist Acute Care Team Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising a team of non-clinical Access Specialist members
- Managing day-to-day assignments of the Referral team activities
- Providing guidance and assistance to all Referral Center team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year of experience in a clinical setting/medical office
- Customer Service and referral-based call center experience
- LPN from a NLN-accredited Nursing Program; or an Associates degree with experience
