Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Access Team Member Customer Care Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Communicate with health care providers and their staff about additional clinical testing
  • Partner with Customer Service to follow up on missing information
  • Work closely with Myriads internal labs, billing department and customer service departments to resolve any issues that prevent test release

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA degree
  • Equivalent experience customer service or sales experience
  • Skilled in problem solving and an effective communicator
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Experience with software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Close vision, distance vision and depth perception
