Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Access Team Member Customer Care Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Communicate with health care providers and their staff about additional clinical testing
- Partner with Customer Service to follow up on missing information
- Work closely with Myriads internal labs, billing department and customer service departments to resolve any issues that prevent test release
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA degree
- Equivalent experience customer service or sales experience
- Skilled in problem solving and an effective communicator
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Experience with software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Close vision, distance vision and depth perception
