Job Summary
A healthcare receivables company has an open position for a Remote Accident Programs Dialer Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound calls and respond to inbound calls in the pursuit of information required to recover revenue on hospital claims
- Pursuing and obtaining information needed for team members to overturn claim denials
- Acting as an intermediary between a patient/consumer and a third party payer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working for a hospital, physician practice or payer, or customer service position
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Moderate computer proficiency including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents
