Job Summary

A healthcare company focused on primary care is seeking a Remote Accountable Care Organization Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Apply project management skills
  • Prioritize multiple initiatives, mitigate risks, and analyze schedule variances
  • Implement practice savings goals and leverage the expertise of other team members

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Required to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted
  • Ability to perform project management and account management best practices
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus
  • Familiarity with value-based care concepts including the triple aim, risk stratification, and accountable care
