Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Accountant for their Client Services Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing processes for multiple clients
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and reconciliations
- Lead client calls and provide exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 3-5 years of full charge bookkeeping experience
- 3-5 years of experience using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite Software
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the $5M to $50M market
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Interest in utilizing third-party applications to enhance efficiencies
