Job Summary

A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services has an open position for a Remote Accounting and Bookkeeping Services Manager in Tulsa.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Training and coaching a team of accountants working remotely in a cloud-based environment to deliver superior outsourced accounting and operational services
• Balancing workflow by aligning client’s needs with accountants’ expertise and capacity
• Reviewing accountants’ work to ensure the highest quality service to our clients

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10 years of related accounting experience with 4 years of hands-on management experience including hiring, training and developing a highly engaged service-oriented team
• Availability to work up to 40 hours a week during daytime business hours Monday through Friday supporting clients and team members
• Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data
• Ability to maintain profit margin for assigned clients and team
