Job Summary
A cloud-based accounting, finance and tax partner is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounting Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading clients through onboarding
- Identifying potential opportunities to further optimize client onboarding
- Managing the sales notes documents on all leads
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field; knowledge of Accounting
- 2+ Years experience in a Customer Support role
- Demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment
