Job Summary

An accounting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounting Generalist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining the financial health of the organization
• Directing and coordinating the company's financial and budget activities
• Providing financial reports

Required Skills:

• At least three years’ demonstrated experience in a finance and accounting position
• Proven understanding of GAAP revenue recognition and DFAR Cost Principles
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or demonstrated experience in lieu of degree
• Proven and demonstrated experience with QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online
• Demonstrated understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
