A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Drafting and maintaining global accounting policies and memos
  • Providing technical support to members of Finance team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of public accounting and/or financial reporting experience
  • Strong technical expertise in accordance with US GAAP
  • M&A (ASC 805) technical accounting experience
