Job Summary

A business consulting and marketing firm has an open position for a Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller in Miami.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely monthly close for each operating entity
Onboard new operating entities as acquired
Manage Accounts Payable process and ensure proper processes are in place and followed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Experience with both driving and managing the accounting close for a multi-entity company
Experience managing both internal and external resources as well as interfacing with senior leadership in a results driven environment
Experience managing the process and executing the accounting entries inline with a 15 day close
Ability to reconcile sales through these platforms as the premise for driving and supporting the accounting close is critical
