Job Summary
An outsourced human resources management firm has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Manager in New Haven.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing all accounting, job costing, and credit management functions
- Supervising and training a team of accounting specialists
- Monitoring general accounting practices and maintaining general ledger and day to day financials
Position Requirements Include:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- A minimum 3-7 years’ experience
- Experience designing and maintaining internal controls for recordkeeping, costing and inventory
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, various tax forms and reports
- Strong organizational skills with focus on deadlines and a high attention to detail
