Job Summary

An outsourced human resources management firm has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Manager in New Haven.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and managing all accounting, job costing, and credit management functions
  • Supervising and training a team of accounting specialists
  • Monitoring general accounting practices and maintaining general ledger and day to day financials

Position Requirements Include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • A minimum 3-7 years’ experience
  • Experience designing and maintaining internal controls for recordkeeping, costing and inventory
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, various tax forms and reports
  • Strong organizational skills with focus on deadlines and a high attention to detail
