Job Summary

A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Accounting Operations Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the monthly close process in accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll areas
• Hire, train, motivate and manage the entire accounting operations team
• Oversee and drive accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll related projects

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Understanding of GAAP standards
• Experience with system implementations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience in the financial close process
• 8+ years of total experience with escalating levels of responsibility, including people management
