Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services. is seeking a Remote Accounting Services Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coaching and mentoring a team of Financial Operations Associates working remotely
- Directly managing individual contributors
- Balancing workflow by aligning client’s needs with Financial Operations Associate expertise and capacity
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
- 12 years of accounting experience, at least 7 years in a management capacity
- Ability to manage remotely in a professional services environment
- Superior relationship building skills and account management expertise
- Excellent project management skills and thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results-driven, team oriented environment
