Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounting Services Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Orienting and training newly assigned accountants
• Overseeing client onboarding process
• Monitoring team member performance by reviewing quality of work

Required Skills:

• Learning and embracing new technology including QuickBooks, Bill.com, MS Office Suite, HubDoc
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10 Years of related accounting experience
• 4 years of hands-on management experience
• Proven ability to attract, build and retain a high-performance team
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
