Job Summary

A provider of bookkeeping and operational services is filling a position for a Remote Accounting Services Manager in Hartford.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Train and coach a team of remote accountants in a cloud-based environment
  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients
  • Review accountants’ work to ensure the highest quality service to clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 10 years of related accounting experience
  • 4 years of hands-on management experience
  • Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
  • Account management experience ranging from pre-revenue to $50m in revenues
  • Availability to work up to 35 hours Monday-Friday
