Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is seeking a Remote Accounting Services Manager in San Diego.
Must be able to:
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients
- Monitor team member performance
- Serve as a resource to all assigned team members for guidance on client tasks
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 Years of related accounting experience with 4 years of hands-on management experienc
- Capacity and commitment to work up to 35 hours a week
- Proven ability to attract, build and retain a high-performance team
