Job Summary

An accounting company has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Services Manager in Tucson.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Train and coach a team of accountants working remotely in a cloud-based environment
• Balance workflow by aligning client’s needs with accountants’ expertise and capacity
• Review accountants’ work to ensure the highest quality service to clients

Required Skills:

• A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10 years of related accounting experience
• 4 years of hands-on management experience
• Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
• Confidence in learning and embracing new technology
• Superior relationship building skills and account management experience
