Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Accounts and Finance Specialist in Mountain View.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm and lead various process improvements for billing and reporting
• Gather detailed partner sales data and load to internal reporting platform
• Create invoices based on sales data and work with Corporate Accounting to ensure proper revenue recognition

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3-5 years related experience with digital publishing, digital marketing or agency experience
• Results oriented with strong performance marketing track record and understanding of the digital ecosystem
• Experience in a sales and marketing support capacity, with an eye for process improvements and streamlining
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Customer-centered, with a passion for helping users improve their financial lives
