Job Summary
A staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Accounts Payable Associate in Newington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing check requests and ensure accurate coding and approval
- Calculating and preparing monthly Accounts Payable accruals on a monthly basis
- Reconciling employee Travel and Expense proposals and sending ACH payment files
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong customer focus
- Associates degree or relevant work experience
- MS Excel experience
- High volume AP experience within a larger sized organization
- Experience working with an ERP system
