Job Summary
A mental health telemedicine company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounts Payable Payroll Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and processing payroll and AP to our rapidly growing team of 400+ employees and contractors
- Maintaining payroll master file to ensure accurate payroll reconciliation for each pay period
- Assisting with the registration for new State/SUI/Local payroll tax
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2+ years of relevant payroll experience processing multi-state payroll
- Experience processing high volume AP
- Experience with HR and AP systems, such as Bill.com, Gusto, Sequoia One
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and completeness
