Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Maintaining a master list of all vendors used across the company
Designing and implementing an AP process
Receiving and coding invoices from vendors for payment processing

Position Requirements Include:

BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field
2+ years’ experience in an accounting or financial role
Desire to develop positive relationships with vendor partners
Experience working within NetSuite, Bill.com, Expensify, and Google Spreadsheets
