Job Summary
An IT company is in need of a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing invoices based on multiple charts of accounts
- Working with department heads to ensure timely approval of all invoices
- Processing weekly payments via check, wire, ach, and electronic
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of business to business experience in accounts payable/reconciliation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook
- Experience with various accounts payable/accounting software platforms
- High School Education or GED
