Job Summary
A staffing agency that serves the accounting and financing industries has a current position open for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate accounting support
- Execute financial transactions for clients using cloud-based accounting tools
- May also assist in processing accounts receivable, client billing and payroll
Qualifications Include:
- Associates or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Bill.com and other cloud accounting tools
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, required
