Job Summary
A home health provider is in need of a Remote Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and processing problem claims for billed services
- Responding to payor requests for additional information regarding claims and communicating such requests to the agencies
- Generating aging reports and identifying unpaid claims or disputed charges/claims
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel: Limited
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years experience in healthcare preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or other payor’s guidelines and criteria for reimbursement
- Strong data entry skills and ability to type 40-50 wpm with a high level of accuracy
- All other requirements necessary for this position
