Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison to team members across the organization on customer collection workflows
- Resolve incoming customer tickets in a timely manner
- Master navigation within Netsuite and our Collections Taskforce tracking tools
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working in a finance team
- Comfortable working with accounting software systems
- Comfortable collaborating in Excel / Google Sheets
