Agilent CrossLab Digital Enablement team's strategic intent is to deliver a differentiated digital experience throughout the customer buying journey for new and repeat customers. This role will focus on enhancing and simplifying the customer's buying experience to support the growth of all divisions with ACG. eCommerce will include the online store on A.com as well as the Alternate Buying Models such as FSP and ACOI. As the eCommerce manager, this role includes leading a team to execute against divisions' Digital Business vision as it relates to eCommerce and driving digital solution adoption across global markets and customer segments.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead team responsible for ACG eCommerce, alternate buying models, and digital service innovations with a customer centric approach.
Partner with ACG portfolio manager to translate customer insights and business opportunities into integrated deployment roadmap and delivery plan for eCommerce
Drive focused collaboration and alignment with multiple functions across value-chain to deliver seamless front-end and back-end interactions through scalable business designs and change management for customer-centric digital solutions
Lead global eCommerce initiatives e.g. eRenewals and alternate buying model programs, FSP and ACOI, in stakeholder communications, leading change requests and being responsible for performance of programs providing guidance on business promotions and regional expansions
Use data analytics and insights to drive continuous evolution of customer engagement and business model
Collaborate with ACG digital customer experience manager to ensure successful delivery, ramp, and evolution of digital eCommerce programs that impact the customer journey throughout aware, decide, use, and support stages
Gain partner alignment and dedication to ensure success of digital eCommerce business strategy and target.
