Job Summary

An analytics company is in need of a Remote Actionable Intelligence Solutions Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to Customer Success by managing the onboarding process
  • Provide coaching and education to improve adoption and value of the Community product for every customer
  • Identify opportunities for professional services engagements to further enhance the capabilities of the product

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on Customer Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or IT or equivalent work experience
  • A strong sense of urgency to perform actions quickly
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s), with a passion for customers to help them succeed
  • Detail oriented and a strategic thinker
