Job Summary
An analytics company is in need of a Remote Actionable Intelligence Solutions Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to Customer Success by managing the onboarding process
- Provide coaching and education to improve adoption and value of the Community product for every customer
- Identify opportunities for professional services engagements to further enhance the capabilities of the product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on Customer Success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or IT or equivalent work experience
- A strong sense of urgency to perform actions quickly
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s), with a passion for customers to help them succeed
- Detail oriented and a strategic thinker
