Job Summary
An environmental organization is in need of a Remote Active Labor Relations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting conflict resolution matters to mediate or resolve disputes
- Developing and recommending policies and procedures concerning employee relations and labor relations practices
- Directly supervising two staff members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of HRIS systems - such as Workday and Taleo
- Knowledge of current CA, Washington D.C. and Federal and State employment laws
- knowledge of employment record keeping requirements
- Experience navigating complex organizational systems, structures, and dynamics
- You nurture relationships and can work and communicate well with all kinds of people
