Job Summary

An environmental organization is in need of a Remote Active Labor Relations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting conflict resolution matters to mediate or resolve disputes
• Developing and recommending policies and procedures concerning employee relations and labor relations practices
• Directly supervising two staff members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of HRIS systems - such as Workday and Taleo
• Knowledge of current CA, Washington D.C. and Federal and State employment laws
• knowledge of employment record keeping requirements
• Experience navigating complex organizational systems, structures, and dynamics
• You nurture relationships and can work and communicate well with all kinds of people
