Job Summary

A life insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Actuary III in Bellevue.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage major financial reporting projects
  • Support the company-wide Actuarial Modernization initiative
  • Build, enhance, and review actuarial models for complex annuity products

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong quantitative background including college level mathematics
  • 6+ years of insurance related annuity actuarial experience
  • Experience with indexed and / or index-linked annuities, particularly as they relate to US GAAP and PBR
  • Finished with actuarial exams, or career ASAs with 15+ yrs. exp and strong performance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly skilled in PC utilization
