Job Summary
A coaching company is filling a position for a Remote Admissions Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and routing communication via phone and email
- Setting Appointments for the Admissions Coaches
- Making 60 to 100 outgoing calls daily
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school graduate (minimum)
- Relevant customer service experience
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of Call Center telephony and technology
- Excellent data entry/keyboard skills
