Job Summary
A public university has a current position open for a Remote Admissions Associate Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing outstanding service by connecting to prospective student inquiries and applications via telephone, email, SMS, or live chat
- Guiding prospective students through their decision-making process by engaging in a consultative dialogue to explore student concerns
- Maintaining a productivity rate of 80% or higher, and consistently demonstrate high quality customer service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- An earned Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- One (1) year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role
- All computing equipment that is used must be connected to broadband internet through an Ethernet connection
- Home worksite furniture and equipment shall be provided by the Candidate
- Network communication to non-public university online information technology
- Experience working in a goal-driven, measured performance, and team environment
