Job Summary
A diversified technology company is filling a position for a Remote Advanced Electrophysiology Research Scientist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential technologies
- Planning and executing laboratory research to prove feasibility of concepts
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- PhD degree in Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering/Computational Biology
- Sound understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology including mechanisms of cardiac arrhythmia
- Experience with computational and pre-clinical models of cardiac arrhythmia
- Experience with cardiac imaging, cardiac mapping, signal processing and visualization
- Strong and advanced knowledge of MATLAB/Python and statistical software
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
