Job Summary

A provider of corporate travel management solutions is seeking a Remote After Hours Associate Travel Manager in Minneapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing a team of agents who book worldwide travel
  • Working directly with the Manager on day to day operations
  • Overseeing all itineraries, verifying reservations and reviewing travel authorizations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Good client presentation skills
  • Ability to be flexible to include nights, weekends and all holidays
  • 5 years of experience as an Agent
  • Previous customer service experience
