Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote After Hours Hospice Registered Nurse Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Utilizing the health record
  • Assessing physical, environmental and emotional factors telephonically to determine hospice needs
  • Answering all incoming calls in a manner appropriate to the nature of the call

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance for infrequent travel
  • Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
