Job Summary
A travel management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote After Hours Travel Agent Team Lead in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure tickets are issued and assist with issuing if needed
- Assist Agent with level 1 scripting issues
- Monitor Phone/Email response time
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
- Working knowledge of Sabre GDS System
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a booking agent
