Job Summary

A travel agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote After Hours Travel Consultant in San Antonio.

Must be able to:

  • Answer calls and emails promptly from clients regarding travel
  • Book and issue airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
  • Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ year's experience as a booking agent
  • Understanding of government travel requirements, visas, passports
  • Understanding of contract fares, city fares and international routing
  • Understanding of the federal travel regulations, Fly America Act and Open Skies agreement
