Job Summary

A corporate travel management firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote After Hours Travel Consultant in Tampa.

Must be able to:

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
• Provide prompt and exceptional customer service
• Book and issue airline, hotel, car and ground transportation reservations

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as travel rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a booking agent
