Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Afternoon and Evening Patient Care Coordinator.

Must be able to:

Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, branches and patient referral sources
Verify patient demographics and insurance information
Triage calls to various departments

Skills and Requirements Include:

Must live within 60 miles to the Jackson, TN or Phoenix, AZ branches
Minimum one year experience working in a customer service environment
Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
Experience with data entry
High School diploma or GED
