Job Summary

A homeowner's insurance provider is seeking a Remote Agent Relationship Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Playing a critical role in ensuring both customers and agency partners remain highly engaged
• Providing exceptional service via phone, email, chat to our agents and policyholders
• Quickly identifying underwriting and technology questions that need to be escalated and transition these to the appropriate team

Required Skills:

• Ability to obtain a personal lines producer license from your state within the first five weeks
• High degree of technical proficiency with online tools and systems
• Proven self-starter mentality with strong time-management skills who can work autonomously
• Ability to work east coast hours, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST
• Ability to problem-solve and addresses complex, nuanced customer scenarios
• Ability to represent the customer when identifying internal process improvement opportunities to the rest of the internal team
