Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Agile Center of Excellence Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the work of Agile Center of Excellence
- Guiding and coaching Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and organization
- Driving a professional relationship between key business stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
- In lieu of degree, equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Ten (10) years of relevant IT experience, to include five (5) years of IT Agile experience
- Three (3) years IT leadership experience
- Agile Mindset and experience with Scrum Teams
- Project planning skills and abilities with IT architecture design and implementation
