Job Summary

A bank is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Agile Delivery Lead Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery
  • Providing visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress
  • Understanding and coaching the team on delivery controls/compliance to minimize operational/reputational risk

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least 6 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
  • At least 6 years of Technology Project Delivery experience
  • Preferred Bachelors or Masters degree
